Property features: Brittany Apartments is a collection of affordable apartments, town homes and modular units located just east of the Oxford city limits. Brittany Apartments is a true community, and features a community room, playground for children, three courtesy officers, 24-hour maintenance, and on-site personnel. Brittany Apartments residents enjoy the convenience of living just off Hwy. 6 and the quick and easy access this allows in reaching all parts of Oxford, including the Ole Miss campus. However, Brittany Apartments is secluded enough that Highway 6 traffic is not a noise problem at all.
How to get there: From Hwy. 6 West, take County Road 280 (it is a frontage-type road). Follow CR 280 to County Road 2019, also called Brandywine Drive. Turn onto CR 2019, and then turn left onto Suncrest Drive, which is the first road on your left. Follow Suncrest approximately 0.3 mile to the entrance of Brittany Apartments. From campus, Take Coliseum Drive or Old Taylor Road to Highway 6 and follow the previous directions, or follow University Avenue through town, staying on Old Hwy. 6, until you come to CR 280. The CR 280 junction is on Old Hwy. 6, just up from the four-lane. Then follow CR 280 approximately 0.5 mile to CR 2019, and follow the directions above. |

POLICIES AND FEATURES
Property features: Each Cambridge Station apartment features ceiling fans, a microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Residents also enjoy the benefit of having a washer and dryer in their apartment. Each unit features carpet and vinyl flooring throughout. The property features a hot tub, swimming pool, volleyball court and beautiful landscaping. Cambridge Station added a new section of apartments in 2001. Also, Cambridge Station offers handicapped-accessible units; ask for details. Cambridge Station is nestled in the woods off Frontage Road, and is visible from Hwy. 6 but immune to its heavy traffic. The property is just down the road (about a mile) from campus and commuter parking. Turn north, or left, onto College Hill Road and follow it 0.7 miles to University Arbors. The property is on the right. Or, from the Square, take Hwy. 314 to Jackson Avenue, and follow it to the College Hill Road intersection. From campus, simply take Sorority Row to Jackson Avenue. Turn west (left) onto Jackson and follow it roughly two blocks to College Hill Road. Or, from Rebel Drive, turn east (right) onto Jackson Avenue and follow it one block to College Hill Road. |

How to get there: From Hwy. 6, take W. Jackson Avenue (the West Oxford exit). Turn east onto West Jackson, and follow it for 0.8 mile. Turn right at Harris Drive, the first traffic light in front of Applebee's, just up from Johnson Furniture. Follow Harris Drive about 0.2 mile to Davis Drive. Westwind has two entrances. You can enter Westwind by making the first left past Davis Drive, Or, turn left onto Davis Drive and then immediately turn right onto Michael Drive, the main entrance of Westwind Townhouses. Or, from campus, Go to West Jackson Avenue, then follow it past Wendy’s and El Charro to the second traffic light. Turn left onto Harris Drive, and follow the previous directions. |
