     Property features: Brittany Apartments is a collection of affordable apartments, town homes and modular units located just east of the Oxford city limits. Brittany Apartments is a true community, and features a community room, playground for children, three courtesy officers, 24-hour maintenance, and on-site personnel. Brittany Apartments residents enjoy the convenience of living just off Hwy. 6 and the quick and easy access this allows in reaching all parts of Oxford, including the Ole Miss campus. However, Brittany Apartments is secluded enough that Highway 6 traffic is not a noise problem at all.
     How to get there: From Hwy. 6 West, take County Road 280 (it is a frontage-type road). Follow CR 280 to County Road 2019, also called Brandywine Drive. Turn onto CR 2019, and then turn left onto Suncrest Drive, which is the first road on your left. Follow Suncrest approximately 0.3 mile to the entrance of Brittany Apartments. From campus, Take Coliseum Drive or Old Taylor Road to Highway 6 and follow the previous directions, or follow University Avenue through town, staying on Old Hwy. 6, until you come to CR 280. The CR 280 junction is on Old Hwy. 6, just up from the four-lane. Then follow CR 280 approximately 0.5 mile to CR 2019, and follow the directions above.

     Property features: Each Cambridge Station apartment features ceiling fans, a microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Residents also enjoy the benefit of having a washer and dryer in their apartment. Each unit features carpet and vinyl flooring throughout.
